As part of UWOVB Alum, Rachel Gardner’s, culminating experience course, she has been tasked to “move the needle” or “make a greater impact on the community.” Due to the current stay at home order, she wanted to give young volleyball players a reason to continue improving their game even from their basement, front yard or garage. Rachel has decided to put together 𝗔 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 which contains a three video series of technical breakdowns and challenges for YOU to try at home.
